As we begin to navigate, I slow the pace on purpose. The coastline stretches in soft curves, the
villages appear and disappear behind rocky promontories, and the water shifts from deep blue
to turquoise. I point out the details that matter — a hidden cove, a change in the wind, a
reflection on the water — not to guide your attention, but to open a door.

We continue towards the turquoise waters of the stunning Bay of Silence in Sestri Levante. A

Approaching Portofino by sea is a privilege I never take for granted. I adjust our course so that
you can see the village appear exactly as it should: slowly, gracefully, like a theatre curtain rising.
Few places in the world hold the same magnetic charm. The harbor curves like a perfect
crescent, the colors glow with quiet elegance, and the village seems to rise from the water with
the grace of a painted stage set. From the boat, I show you the Portofino I know: the fishermen’s
nets drying in the sun, the gentle clinking of masts, the soft murmur of life unfolding at its own
pace. It is a moment that stays with you — a postcard that becomes memory.
We now head west, towards the Mediterranean’s most precious jewel:

San Fruttuoso

San Fruttuoso always appears like a vision, even to me. I guide the boat carefully between the
cliffs, letting the abbey reveal itself little by little, as if it were emerging from another time.
The cove is small, intimate, protected — a place where time seems to fold gently into itself.
Here, the sea is crystal clear, the atmosphere sacred, the silence profound. I anchor in the spot
where the water is at its most transparent. You can swim, explore, or simply sit and take in the
view. I remain nearby, discreet, ready when you are — because this place deserves to be lived at your pace.
We cruise through the Marine Park, where the sea is deeper and the coastline is wilder, until we
reach Capo di Monte a marvel of rock and light, then, as if by magic, the Abbey of San
Fruttuoso, accessible only by sea, arises majestic between the sea and the hills.

We set sail again. We leave one of the most beautiful coves in the world to reach another, even
more exclusive one. Here time stops and nature, history and spirituality become one. Words can
only tell you so much you have to see it with your own eyes.

The highlight of this stop is the visit to the Christ of the Abyss, in the cove next to the Abbey of
San Fruttuoso. Diving into the deep blue, snorkeling with a simple mask, or even just seeing the
Christ from the surface is an experience you will never forget, leaving you speechless for its
intensity, its serenity and the sacred atmosphere surrounding it.

As we approach Camogli, I always slow down. The village deserves to be seen with calm eyes:
the tall, colorful houses rising like a painted wall above the sea, the church perched on the
rocks, the long promenade that stretches like an embrace.
Camogli has a soul — warm, lively, genuine. From the boat, I show you its true geometry, the
one only the sea can reveal. It is a place that feels like a hug. A reminder that beauty is simple when it is true.
The journey continues toward the historic and enchanting Camogli, “The House of Wives”, the most authentic of all seafaring villages, the most deeply rooted and lovingly preserved
