In the event that the client requests to cancel the reservation / charter, no deposit previously paid will be returned.
Only in the event of an unfeasible sea declared by the captain of the same unit, the cruise will be postponed to the first day of good weather and availability of the same boat booked by you.
If this is not possible for your logistical reasons, the company will issue you a voucher corresponding to the amount paid that can be spent by the end of the season on any boat of the our fleet, or if unable, the deposit paid will be returned excluding VAT which will instead be imposed.
If, on the other hand, on the day of going out to sea during navigation, short-term thunderstorms occur, as normally can happen in the summer period, the cruise can continue and there is no refund from us.
